I accept credit & debit cards and PayPal payments. Credit & Debit card payments are processed by Stripe.
Your pattern is an automatic download on confirmation of payment. You will also receive an email notification with download links.
If payment is not received within 3 working days from order, I will assume you wish to cancel the transaction.
Non digital items will be shipped as follows:
Within the UK: 2nd Class Royal Mail Tracked (dispatched within 1-3 business days)
Shipping to the rest of the world is airmail Tracked by Royal Mail (dispatch will be within 1-3 business days but may take up to 10-14 days to arrive)
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
No refunds or exchanges can be given for electronic files or printed patterns. If you receive a damaged physical item, please contact me directly.
I am delighted that you want to make one of my designs for your own personal use, however please do not use my patterns for mass production, selling & photocopying, unless they are for a non-profit making charity or a local craft fair. In the latter instances, I would ask that you make reference to Just Jude Designs www.justjude-designs.com in the reproduction of your items. If you wish to teach one of my patterns, please encourage all students to purchase their own pattern.
